Howdy!
Help us send local students abroad!
The B-CS Sister Cities International Association believes that one of the best ways to build understanding and create lasting connections is to experience another culture firsthand. Through our Sister Cities International program, local high school students have the opportunity to travel internationally, experience new cultures, meet students and families from around the world, and represent the Bryan-College Station community.
B-CS Sister Cities International currently has four active Sister Cities promoting cultural, economic and educational exchanges.
• Bastogne, Belgium
• Greifswald, Germany
• Salamanca, Mexico
• Toruń, Poland
Your donation to the B-CS Sister Cities Scholarship Fund can help make this experience possible for a local student.
Travel expenses are estimated at $1,500–$2,000 per student, including airfare, meals, excursions, and other travel expenses. For some students, financial assistance can be the difference between simply dreaming about international travel and actually experiencing it. A scholarship does more than help pay for a trip—it gives a student the opportunity to learn, grow, build relationships, and see the world from a different perspective.
